Lip’s Story

Lip Yow has a passion for video games.

Over the years Lip spent thousands of hours playing thousands of games and had a lot of fun doing it. The Dance Dance Revolution Dance Pad was capturing the imagination of millions and finally the people in the seats could become one with their games and enjoy a truly physical interaction with their on-screen entertainment. Lip was excited about the new direction entertainment was taking but Lip was also frustrated. He felt there were so many games with non-intuitive game controllers—something he felt was KEY to a great gaming experience. An inquisitive tinkerer since childhood, Lip set out to develop an exciting football controller, and so the first germ of an idea for what eventually became The Ant Commandos was born.

Raymond’s Story

After spending a grueling five years at a highly celebrated IT start-up in Silicon Valley, Raymond Yow learned the secret of adding value through exhaustive engineering. Many can make great products, but very few have the drive to look beyond the drawing board to engineer the finest products ever made. It was rewarding and exhaustive work. Raymond appreciated the opportunities he has but also felt something was missing from his big picture. He took a step back to contemplate his next move and decided to travel around the world. Encountering severe poverty and desperation along the way, Raymond fell in love with philanthropic organizations like Room to Read. He became an overnight evangelist for this and other fabulous work, which enriches the lives of those with the least among us. Since that time Raymond has made it a point to support many great organizations including World Vision, Kiva.org.

Both at a crossroads—with big ideas and a need to pursue them-- Lip and Raymond met in Los Angeles to discuss their goals, and their meeting exploded with ideas. Lip's concepts meshed perfectly with Raymond's engineering and marketing expertise, and the rest is history. Lip and Raymond formed TAC and began to reshape the world of gaming as we know it.

The TAC story continues...

"Believe in what you are doing and trust that it will all work out..."

Led by Lip and Raymond, TAC worldwide operations have enjoyed unprecedented success and remained harmonious with the combined spirit of worldwide gamers by creating revolutionary products with prophetic accuracy. Why? Because Lip and Raymond are still gamers at heart.

Like the finest world-class companies found in this nation’s history, TAC begins every project with a simple idea. It is then their liberal portions of blood, sweat and tears that take that idea and help it flourish into a great product.

As TAC continues to grow, its fundamental concepts about Simplicity, Interactivity and Mobility shall continue to be the cornerstones that guide the development of its world-famous gaming peripherals and accessories. TAC does this by simply remembering that their joy is found within the hearts of the people in the seats.
